Artical 8 energy audit

For non-SME companies, an artical 8 energy audit has been required by law.

An artical 8 energy audit is mandatory every 4 years.

In an energy audit, the framework for the audit is determined in an initial discussion. The main consumers are then recorded.

It must be proven 90% of total energy consumption.

In the final audit report, potential savings and their profitability are shown.

Internal review audit

There are several reasons why you want or need to carry out an internal audit:

• to check whether an organization is working according to the specifications of the management
• to uncover problem areas in an organization
• to meet the requirements of ISO 50001 (annual internal audit)
• to check whether legal requirements are being met.

The auditor must be independent of the area being audited. This is not always possible with your own staff, especially in SME companies.
