Heating and ventilation

Heating and warm water

Are you still firing your heating with "coals"?

Most of the energy required in the building is used to generate heat and hot water. A new, efficient heating system requires less energy and thus saves money. The use of renewable energies also saves money.

"The sun doesn't bill".

There are many new technologies.

We advise and create a concept for you.

Hydraulic balancing

A hydraulic balancing ensures that each radiator is only supplied with the amount of heating water it needs. This must be calculated based on the heating load per room and the installed heating surface.

This reduces the amount of heating water that is pumped through the pipes and thus saves

about 6% depending on the size and scope of the system up to 15% energy.

Regulated living space ventilation

There are 2 fundamentally different types of ventilation systems.

A central ventilation system with heat recovery consists of a central device with a pipe system to each room. This system is mainly used in new buildings.

With a decentralized ventilation system with heat recovery, ventilation devices are installed in the outer wall for each room and then controlled centrally. This system is often used in a refurbishment because it is easy to install.

The advantage of a ventilation system is that the rooms are constantly ventilated, without pollen, dust and heat loss.
